Contact & order info: name, email, phone (optional), billing/shipping address, items purchased, returns.
Payment info: processed securely by Shopify/our payment processors. We don’t see or store full card numbers.
Device & usage: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies (to run the site, remember your cart, and measure performance).
Messages: what you send us (support, forms).

Why we use it

To run the store: take payment, fulfill orders, handle returns, prevent fraud, provide support.
To improve the site: fix bugs, measure what’s working.
Marketing (optional): send emails/texts if you subscribe. Unsubscribe anytime from the message footer or by contacting us.
Legal & security: comply with laws, tax/audit requests, and protect our rights and customers.

Sharing

We share personal data only to run the business:

Shopify (store hosting, checkout, payments, analytics).
Service providers (shipping carriers, email/SMS tools, cloud storage, analytics) under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
Legal/required (fraud prevention, lawful requests).
